INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE

1. School Principal Priyanka Gulati and Sunayana Gupta, In charge International projects of the school met Hon’ble Ambassador of Lebanon to India H.E. Rabie Narsh at the Lebanese Embassy to work out a collaboration between the two countries. The discussion revolved around art, culture, architecture and food of both the countries and on bringing together students of both the countries for an exchange program to help them understand that the beauty of the world lies in the diversity of its people.

2. Honoured to be a part of the partner team schools at the MOU Signing Ceremony for International Education Partnerships between Indian & Taiwanese schools. His Excellency Ambassador of Taiwan to India and Director (Education) - Taipei Economic & Cultural Centre India was the Chief Guest at the event. Immense gratitude for the wonderful opportunity to team up and promote Global Citizenship & Sustainability.


3. The school has collaborated with Dongxing Elementary School, Taiwan on an International Exchange Program to present students of both countries a unique opportunity to come together, share their thoughts, learn about each other’s rich cultural, heritage and traditions. This ongoing program which is currently online, has helped break down geographical boundaries, and help the young ones realise that beneath all the façade of differences, they share a common bond of humanity. The young crusaders of peace and compassion decided to work on the Sustainable Development Goal of Zero hunger by 2030. Students of Classes of V & VI presented a touching assembly on the theme and presented a mime and dance which tugged at everyone’s heartstrings and saw the young audience make a silent pledge towards zero wastage and donation of food.

4. “Teach a man to Fish” – An entrepreneurial endeavour at the School Enterprise Challenge among 9000 schools from over 80 countries across the globe. Evergreen Public School, Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi takes pride in being a part of prestigious International Project, “ Teach a man to Fish”. The project aims to develop entrepreneurial skills in students by emphasizing on Planet, People and Profit. The students are being taught the entrepreneurial skill by making & selling Paper Mache’ products & selling them on line besides offline.
